The cMOB-20 app has been working flawlessly for the past year, providing a seamless experience for users. However, I recently encountered an issue while playing videos on the app using my data connection. Despite trying to resolve the problem by turning my router on and off, the buffering issue persisted. I hope the developers address this issue as soon as possible.

It is worth noting that my data connection was tested with other applications, such as a speed test, and it worked perfectly fine. Therefore, the problem seems to be specific to the cMOB-20 app. For those experiencing similar issues, I recommend learning how to use the app correctly before assuming it is a technical problem.

Once the app is properly set up, it offers great value for users. The app allows users to access live footage from their CP Plus DVR camera security system through their smartphones. This feature is incredibly convenient and provides a sense of security. Whenever I feel concerned about the safety of my home, I can simply check the app and feel reassured.

The cMOB-20 app is especially beneficial for individuals who have installed CP Plus cameras in their homes or other locations. All that is required is a smartphone and a data or Wi-Fi connection. The app has been bug-free during the month that I have been using it, and I am grateful to CP Plus for developing such a reliable and user-friendly app.

Initially, I rated the app three stars, but I have now updated my rating to five stars. I encountered difficulty in deleting a device, but I was able to resolve the issue by holding my finger on the edit symbol and waiting for the delete option to appear. I have installed the app on multiple devices, including my wife and daughter's phones, and it works perfectly on all of them.

However, I do have a suggestion for improvement. The HD-SD button should be placed on the camera screen, similar to the previous version of the app. Additionally, a lower opacity for the button would enhance its visual appeal. It would also be helpful to have a background option for the app.

Although I have had a positive experience with the cMOB-20 app, I would appreciate guidance on how to access the app on my PC, not just on my mobile device. Furthermore, I would like assistance in setting up the email notification feature. These additions would further enhance the functionality of the app.
